​Pavanmuktasan or Wind Releasing Pose

How to do it:

Step 1: Lie on your back on the yoga mat in a relaxing position.

Step 2: Bend your knees and bring your thighs close to your abdomen.

Step 3: Wrap your hands around the legs and clasp them together.

Step 4: Lift your neck and tuck your chin into your chest. Pause for a few seconds and then go back to the starting point.

​Adho Mukha Savasana or Downward Facing Dog Pose

How to do it:

Step 1: Come on all fours to form a table-like structure. Your shoulders should be under your wrists and hips over your knees.

Step 2: Inhale and lift your hips upward. At the same time straighten your elbows and knee to form an inverted V-shape.

Step 3: Press your hand into the ground and straighten your neck, so that your neck and spine form a straight line.

Step 4: Fix your gaze to your navel and pause for a few breaths.

Step 4: Slowly bend your knees to return to the table position.

Trikonasana or Triangle Pose

How to do it:

Step 1: Stand straight on the ground with your feet 2- 3 feet apart from each other.

Step 2: Raise both your hands upwards to bring in line with your shoulders and parallel to the ground. Your palms should be facing downwards.

Step 3: Bend towards the right side from your torso to touch your right foot with your right hand.

Step 4: Raise the left hand towards the ceiling and look towards it.

Step 5: Stay in this position for 10-20 seconds and come back to the starting position.

Step 6: Repeat the same with the other hand.

Rubbing nails

How to do it:

Step 1: Sit down comfortably on a chair on the mat.

Step 2: Fold the fingers of both your hands and bring them together.

Step 3: Rub the nails of both the hands vigorously leaving out the thumbs.

Step 4: Do this for 5 minutes every day for at least three times.

​Halasan or Plough pose

How to do it:

Step 1: Lie down on your back with your arms by your side.

Step 2: Inhale and lift your feet above the ground by engaging your abdominal muscle.

Step 3: Use your hands to support your hips and lift them off the floor to place your toes over and beyond your head. Your back should be perpendicular to the ground.

Step 4: Hold the position for a few 4-5 breaths then come back to the starting position.
